STEM Career Exploration Program

The Louverture Foundation's STEM Career Exploration Program is a twice-weekly after-school program that introduces middle and high school students to careers in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics through hands-on learning and real-world experiences.

Students explore high-demand STEM careers, participate in interactive projects, meet industry professionals, and develop the workplace skills needed for future success. The program also exposes participants to college, technical education, apprenticeships, certifications, internships, and entry-level career pathways.

Students will:

• Explore a variety of STEM careers

• Participate in hands-on STEM activities

• Learn from guest speakers and industry professionals

• Develop teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Discover education and career pathways in STEM

Our goal is to inspire curiosity, expand career awareness, and prepare students to confidently pursue opportunities in the growing STEM workforce.

Honors Gala

The Clayton Honors Gala is the Louverture Foundation's premier annual fundraising and recognition event, bringing together community leaders, educators, business professionals, elected officials, philanthropists, and supporters who share a commitment to expanding opportunities for disadvantaged youth.

The gala celebrates individuals and organizations making a meaningful impact in our communities while raising critical funds to support the Foundation's educational and workforce development initiatives. Proceeds from the event help provide STEM career exploration, after-school enrichment, scholarships, workforce readiness programs, college and career preparation, and other life-changing opportunities for students and families.

More than a fundraising event, the Clayton Honors Gala serves as a platform to inspire collaboration, recognize excellence, and strengthen partnerships that create lasting change. Through the generosity of our sponsors, donors, and community partners, we are investing in the next generation of leaders by equipping young people with the education, skills, and resources they need to succeed.
